His affinity for music was evident as he took up guitar playing as a child and spent over a decade mastering the piano and trombone as well. Greatly inspired by iconic guitarists Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan, Sayce also draws from the styles of B.B. King, Albert King, Albert Collins, Buddy Guy, and Robert Cray.
